Civil Litigation/Trial

Civil litigation can feel a lot like a chess match, about knowing what move to make well before your opponent does. But, really, proper litigation is more practical than that. Our focus is on making sure we de-escalate complex issues for you before they get a chance to balloon into much larger problems. And we have decades of proven results achieving the right outcomes with the proper handling of such cases, from commercial disputes, construction claims, employment law, professional misconduct, elder abuse, partnership dissolutions and more.

Primarily led by Jack Weaver

Estate Planning, Trust & Probate

Whether you are reaching the latter stages of your own life or you are facing those ‘what next’ questions after a family member has recently passed, we can sensitively help you address the matters of funeral planning, as well as property and wealth so that you and your loved ones are protected. We are experienced in estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, estate administrations, executor selection, estate taxes and settlement and more.

Real Property

The decision to sell or buy real estate is always a big life milestone and one that you shouldn’t go in on alone. We can help you with buying or selling commercial or residential properties as well as guide you through all aspects involving contracts, listings, zoning, construction disputes, easements, and more. If you have questions about mortgage and title insurance, we can help with that, too.

There are endless decisions to be made when it comes to a business or corporation formation (or start-up). There are also numerous pitfalls that we can help you avoid. Keep in mind, too, that once your business is successfully up and running, we can help ensure that it runs smoothly through all phases of growth, particularly regarding policies, best practices and protecting your personal assets.
